Getting sick during pregnancy can be a little bit tricky, specially because you need to be extra cautious when consuming medication! So we decided to create a little memo where you can find tips that can help you survive your cold or flu symptoms!

TIPS:

  • HYDRATE YOURSELF! WATER, WATER AND MORE WATER!
  • SLEEP! The body needs to be rested in order to fight your flu or cold!
  • SALTED WATER! Gargle with lukewarm salted water.
  • Drink Lemon, ginger & honey homemade tea!
  • Have yourself a shooter of cold-pressed ginger or other type of juices that are specially made against the colds. (We will be posting our favorites to have around Montreal)
  • Integrate food & spices, that boost your immune system, to your nutrition (Ginger, Garlic, Cayenne, Turmeric, Oranges, Lemons, Pineapples, Red peppers, & basically everything that’s rich in Vitamin C)
