I love planning a party. Down to the last detail. I like to start thinking about any party 2-4 weeks in advance. First, coming up with a theme and color scheme. Find a few photos for inspiration. I start looking up all the things I need to order ahead of time. Also make a list of what I need to make on my own. This time we created a painted back drop with my sister. We also planned the menu ahead of time, made a list and figured out what we need to do when. Saves you so much time when you plan ahead and you’re not as stressed throwing your own party.

We did the decor a day before the party. I know not everyone can if they’re having an event at a rental space. This definitely helps though if throwing a party at home. Less stress the day of the party!  The day of we just set up the sweets table and made sure every detail was perfect. The color scheme was black, grey, blue & white, with hints of wine (dark red) and gold. It was the perfect pop of color and made everything stand out. We went with a painted background with a balloon arch. It made for the perfect photo area, with the cake and flowers being displayed there as well.

My sister (@olgapysko)  is an amazing baker she did most of the sweets herself and made me the most beautiful and delicious cake. Still can’t get over my cake! She is just an amazing host in general. We did a brunch theme baby shower so the food was also easy to make with the help of a few friends. We felt extra loved and spoiled on our baby shower day, thanks to the amazing people we have in our lives.

  1. Useful people for women who have a baby. They will know how to take care of their children.
    Thank you so much!
